The cheapest way to deliver bulk email is to use a host SMPT server

But not all hosting is the same

Typically, every new marketer starts out with shared hosting and you can find these plans starting from a few dollars per month

The server only has 1 IP address

As we know, emails are delivered when the reputation is high and controlling the IP is the only way to guarantee no outside influencers can affect this and providing the email content passes the spam checkers the sender reputation will continue to increase over time
