I am having trouble logging in to my WarriorPlus account with my Warrior Forum username.


The most important thing to know is that WarriorPlus and the Warrior Forum are completely separate sites, owned and operated by different people, and no information is shared between the two.

In order to use WarriorPlus WITH the Warrior Forum, however, you MUST connect your Warrior Forum account to your WarriorPlus account from within WarriorPlus.

NOTE: You will NOT be able to login to WarriorPlus with your Warrior Forum login data without first creating a WarriorPlus account.

Once you setup a new WarriorPlus account, you will need to connect your Warrior Forum account by:

1. Logging into WarriorPlus.com

2. Click on your username in the upper right hand corner and then click on "Edit Profile" (https://warriorplus.com/user/profile)

3. Click the BLUE BUTTON that says "Connect Now" next to "Warrior Forum" underneath "Connected Accounts"

4. Type in your Warrior Forum username and then click on "Verify Account" and you will be sent a PM on the Warrior Forum to authorize the connection. 

5. Click on the link inside the PM you receive on the Warrior Forum to finalize the connection of your WarriorPlus and Warrior Forum accounts.

If you do not receive the confirmation PM, please read and follow the instructions below:

This generally happens for one of 2 reasons:

  1. You incorrectly typed your Warrior Forum username within WarriorPlus
  2. You do not have PMs enabled properly on the Warrior Forum, so WarriorPlus cannot send the confirmation message to you.

To check on #2, go to the Warrior Forum options page. About half-way down, there are a few options related to Private Messages: The first is a checkbox to "Enable Private Messaging", and the second says "Receive Private Messages only from Contacts and Moderators".

The first must be enabled (checked), and the second must be unchecked.

If this was a problem and you fixed it, usually WarriorPlus will try and resend the PM to you soon, and then you can verify your account. This may take up to 24 hours.

If neither of these are the issue, go ahead and submit a support request an we will look into it.
